  • Graduated from the Seth GS Medical College KEM Hospital, PAREL, MUMBAI 400012, a premier Teaching institute from Mumbai in First Attempt in all Academic year
  • Completed the compulsory, rotating Internship at KEM Hospital Mumbai from 1st January 2003 to 31st December 2003, with postings in General Medicine including Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine, Dermatology, Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesia, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Neonatology, Preventive and Social Medicine with postings in Rural and Urban Health Care Centres.

  • Joined the Department of Medicine, AIIMS, New Delhi in Jan 2005 as a Post-graduate and secured the degree of MD (General Medicine), having passed the Dec 2007 University Examination in the First Attempt.

    Specialty clinics under Medicine department included HIV, Rheumatology, Respiratory, Haematology, Intensive Care. 1 month Rotations in department of Neurology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology and Cardiology

  • Worked as Senior Resident in Department of Emergency Medicine TRAUMA CENTER, AIIMS from Aug 2008 till July 2010. Actively involved in patient management including emergency care, training and practicing in ACLS and BLS, Emergency Ultrasound training for Diagnostic and interventional use and various research conducted at center.

  • Obtained admission to DM Cardiology in JIPMER, Pondicherry after having stood first in the Entrance Examination conducted in July 2010. This three-year course completed in July 2013.

    Included postings in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, and the non-invasive cardiac laboratory, in addition to in-patient and out-patient care.

    Non-invasive cardiac care included performance & Interpretation of ECGs, Echocardiography (neonatal, paediatric and adult). Stress testing (Exercise TMT, stress echocardiography) and advanced Holter monitoring.

    Posting in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory involved assisting and performing independently procedures like diagnostic cardiac catheterization and angiography for congential and acquired heart disease, coronary angiography, Balloon mitral, aortic, pulmonary and multi-valvotomies, PTCA/stenting, Electrophysiological studies and Radio-frequency Ablation, Permanent Pacemaker Implantation, ICD implantation, implantation of CRT devices, IVC filters, coil occlusions, IABP insertions, peripheral vascular interventions, etc.

  • Working with Max Super Speciality Hospital as Consultant Cardiologist (Independent) from August 2017 to till date.
  • Working with Le Crest Hospital Vasundhara as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist (Independent) from August 2021 to till date.
  • Worked with Narinder Mohan Hospital and Heart Center Ghaziabad as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist (Independent) from August 2017 to till date.
  • Worked with Multinational Hospital Firm - Columbia Asia and Gurugram as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist from August 2023 to October 2017.
  • Completed the compulsory, rotating Internship at KEM Hospital Mumbai from 1st January 2003 to 31st December 2003.
